To Sting or Not To Sting

Suppose u are a "Neta" (Indian politician) and u r sitting on the couch munching potato chips and watching news... there's somebody at the door. the maid opens the door and tells u some one has come from the ***** company and wants to talk to u.. The person extends a very tempting offer.. in return he wants a small favour.. "come on how would that hurt u- its only some details..." u think that he maybe right and if u r getting some extra earning how does it matter... and u get into the TRAP... finally next day on television in ur favourite news channel when u c urself munching potato chips and accepting a stranger's offer u come to know how much deep shit u r in...
ok now the whole country blaims u of taking bribe.. the news channel's TRP rating touches all time high and the reporter is given the Medal of Honour... Good Good very good... our media is taking so much care of the social evils.. But has anybody ever thought who started it in the first place.. The person came up with a bribe.. the person gave the offer.. It was the "Reporter" who broke the law first.. it was the reporter who under his "HIGH MORAL" values did something illigal and offered a bribe .. No no he's a national hero.. he did wrong so that he could expose the wrong..
Now how would they justify this.. They intruded into somebody's private life, taped the private life.. and then broadcasted the Private life in front of the whole world...
I would like to ask this question.. R they the Police, are they Government agencies,, ok answer this .. do they belong to any non profit organisation.. what if i say.. that they did this not for the country but only to raise their TRP ratings.. how would the channel answer this.. they would probably come up with an answer and convince the world that they are correct in doing what they did.. their love for the mankind, their country people has made them do this.. what crap..
this small expert from a blog which was written long ago depicts what could be the consequence of such actions in other countries..

"If Tehelka.com had done in the US what it had done in India, its owners and their journalists would, most probably, have been liable for arrest and prosecution and for damage suits from those interviewed for damaging their reputation through covert means, but in India there are no laws regulating the use of covert investigative/surveillance equipment by private individuals."-STING OPERATIONS(B.Raman)

These people donot even leave the bollywood stars.. i would like to ask one question here.. If the stars demand casting couch then y cant the people who lie on the couch say no.. Or is it that they need the job so they give way to casting couch.. and afterwards blame it totally upon the people who asked them for lieing on the couch..

Finally hell breaks loose on the netas and actors who were caught in "Sting" operations.. afterall it was a shear invasion of privacy.. they too can have private life.. don't join them if u don't want.. but u never have the right to invade it..
Good u have done a sting operation.. u have got results .. the "brasht" netas got their part punishment.. But now devine retribution should also fall upon u.. right.. u too broke the Law..
what say?
